Sand – how you are supposed to defeat it?
The best point of a golf game is obstacles. They are there for a reason and the it is to prevent the players from getting to their target too soon. However, people who find their ball in a sand bunkers say that this is in no way less difficult than other cases. People who hit their ball to water or trees may find their games end in bitter. They think hitting your ball in a sand bunkers is somehow way better because you can still make a hit and save your game. In fact, hitting a ball from sand ground is very difficult. You have to pay attention to work with in this case is your left foot. You have to make a small twitch in the way you step your foot. When you step it back to a position you may find it weird, you are in the right position. This sounds funny but it make sure you keep your stance straight and strong. And in this position, you can clearly see your ball and assure your hit to catch it and aim the right direction. Next to this is to deal with your body weight. When you take control of your body, you take control of how far the ball may go. Putting most of your weight on one side which is left hand side is the key point. When you do this, you have your left foot to support all your body and you are now able to swing the club, dig into sand and hit out your ball.
Working with your club, swing and tee shot
To dig out a ball sunk in sand ground, you have to change the way you put your club a little bit. The face of your club in this case has to be put upward. This position allows the club to dig into the sand and lift your ball above. When you have your club in place, you start to do your swing which is the main point. You have to do it perfectly. Because this is a hit that requires a high level of accuracy and strength, you have to lift up your club and then put it down quickly and determinedly. Lifting the club up high allows you to have to time to fix your hit. A quick and strong hit following makes sure you dig the ball out and push it go far way. Now it depends on your hit to make the whole effort worth. You cannot hit directly on your ball because this only makes the situation worse. Your ball may sink deeper into sand if you are not careful. The best way is to hit on the sand that close by to your ball. This makes sure you hit the ball, pull it up and send it away. Make sure you know how deep the ball is sunk and how big the bunker is.
